Both of our main centres sleep up to 39 guests and can be booked inclusive of catering and activities or as “venue only – private hire” and can be booked seperately or together for up to 78 guests. We also have a smaller luxury venue, The Dale Manor, see details for all venues below:

Deneholme
What all our youth and school groups love about Deneholme:

Downstairs there is a large dining area which will seat you all very comfortable, with a double sided open fire, a library and a games room which has a table tennis table and a pool table too. The sun room is our large seating area with 4 sofas a tv and another log burning stove and overlooks the wooded dene beyond the gardens.
Allendale Bunkhouse
What all our groups love about The Bunkhouse:
- A modern yet cosy building that you have all to yourself during your stay (no other groups on site).
- Fantastic shower and toilet facilities with nice, hot showers and good water pressure across 12 bathrooms.
- An easy to use self catering kitchen, which you can use to do all your own catering or to compliment the provided catering with snacks and hot drinks at any time.
- The small private garden and patio out the back as well the week-day access to the big Manor Garden beyond with play equipment, bonfire pits and lots of space.
- The walking distance to all village facilities is 0-1 minute: The well stocked Coop, the butchers, tearooms, forge art gallery and cafe as well as the three pubs are literally on your doorstep.
- Also within easy reach is the village play park, the river path and Deneholme woodland.
- There is good, reliable WiFi at the Bunkhouse, as well as TV and DVD player for a cosy night in after busy days exploring and adventuring.

- Room 5 sleeps 3 with ensuite (1 bunk bed and 1 single bed)
- Room 6 sleeps up to 8 with ensuite (3 sets of bunk beds and 1x bunkbed in the offset room)
- Room 7 sleeps up to 5 with ensuite (2 sets of bunk beds and 1x single bed in the offset room)
- Room 8 sleeps up to 4 with ensuite (2 sets of bunk beds)
Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The dining area will seat you all comfortably, there are large sofas to chill out on and a TV too.
The kitchen is fully equipped along with a cooker, hob, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, full height fridge freezer and a full sized dishwasher.
The Dale Manor
What all our groups love about The Dale Manor
- Without doubt: The Greenwood spa with its hot tub, sauna, roof terrace and just wonderfully chilled atmosphere.
- The seven beautifully decorated and luxury bedrooms, all with modern ensuite facilities.
- The games cellar with kicker table, dart board and "cave like" styling.
- The brand new designer kitchen with huge oven and 5 ring gas cooker.

The kitchen, living and dining area is open plan and ideal for entertaining, time together with friends and family. There is a log burner for those cosy nights by the fire, large sofas and a huge dining table to sit 14 adults and 4 children or 16 adults comfortably.
